The events on January 06, 2021, that transpired during what many saw as “Peaceful Campaigning;”were instigated by opportunist; disregarding the welfare of masses of Americans who have the right to peaceful protest.
A group infiltrated the massive crowd of Protesters to carry out, or cause Mayhem. Circumstantial political opportunistic crimes meant to immediately generate calls for the resignation of President Trump.
If President Trump must resign, so must every other politician that has ever campaigned, because no one can really completely forecast if violence will become part of meaningful demonstration; for masses of oppressed individuals.

Let’s examine “Crimes of Differential Opportunity”
The Dream Here Is Achieving The Role Of ; “President Of The U.S.A.” by any means Possible!
On further examining the line of succession for his very coveted role as “President of The U.S.A.”
Beginning with the legitimate election of the 45th. President of the U.S.A. Donald J. Trump.
What happens if....or say hypothetically this President cannot fulfill his duty as President? Then the, Vice President Mike Pence (V.P.) assumes the role of President. Okay this is clear most Americans and peoples around the world already know this is a possible scenario.
What most people don't realize is that, if for any reason the V.P, is unable to carry out his role, "Next" in Line is… the Speaker of the House of Representatives (Nancy Pelosi).
Looking at the events to date shows:
1) Speaker Pelosi claims that President Trump, is unfit; therefore the 25th amendment is sort to remove this sitting President. Failing which Pelosi, vows to seek impeachment of this sitting President with days left in his term..
* What happens if the 25th amendment is successful? V.P Pence is sworn in as President of the U.S.A.
* Also important here is that V.P. Pence, said that checks and balances under the U.S. Constitution to ensure free and fair election process, is merely a formality --- When describing his role in Congress using oversight to determine and certify the 2020, U.S. Presidential election results. This undermines his role, his service to America, and the people of the U.S.A.
* Interestingly, making it rather difficult for Americans to support V.P. Pence, as their sitting President.
2) Hypothetically, let's assume Speaker Pelosi gets her way; What happens if there are other riots after Pence is sworn in? Based on current circumstances; V.P. Pence can be rendered unfit to serve as President. Could this be after being sworn in for 24 hours...absolutely, once precedence is set, no one is immune!
* Therefore any President could now, or in the future be removed from office if they are campaigning and violence erupts…does this mean that other political figures could also face consequences -- Why not?
* What if the now certified Joe Biden decides to address the People and violence erupts? These would be grounds for his removal from office as well---and why not if precedence is set for such an outcome?
3) Hypothetically, if the current administration is crippled by the 25th. Amendment does this not leave the door wide open for Speaker Pelosi to become the next President of the U.S.A?
* These are events and circumstances playing, or live video streaming across America and the rest of the world...so it's necessary to examine various scenarios!
4) Do remember that Joe Biden was certified by Congress on January 07, 2021, and is currently making preparations to be inaugurated on Jan. 20, 2021!
* However, the 2020 U.S. Presidential Election results is why there’s currently civil unrest in America..
* Hypothetically, will this not also be grounds for any House Speaker in line to seek the 25th. amendment, or Impeachment after Joe Biden is sworn in? This is a very dangerous precedence! Clearly a misuse of legitimate powers under the U.S. Constitution..
Hence, there are numerous techniques in Congress tool box; for shaping next steps. Those tools are self-serving, if used in a manner that does not fulfill the legitimate role of Congress. The duty of elected officials are to addressing needs of millions of Americans with bipartisan goals.. To preserve election integrity, to protect the country they has a duty to serve...and so forth..
With President Trump and Joe Biden at odds, and A Pelosi in the House seeking to remove a sitting President, with days left in his term; it will be difficult if not impossible to restore “Peace” in America…
Conclusion: It will be more important for Americans to stay home and watch live coverage of the next move in Congress… Come January 11, 2021, Seven (7) States need to be on high alert! Those States are; Washington D.C., and the 6 other U.S. States to contest the electoral results for the 2020, Presidential election results!
Very important crimes of opportunity is at the door of American democracy. The U.S. appears crippled in their own discord, or inability to effectively address unrest in their own country. Therefore, also leaving the door wide open for attacks from foreign entities, that have already penetrated, and are setting up for disasters, that can easily be blamed on an out going President... What better way to avoid future persecutions by blaming Americans for their own destruction?
